1. Do you ship to all of Chile?
Yes. We ship to all continental Chile.
2. What days do you ship?
Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday (business days) in the Metropolitan region and from Monday to Friday in the regions.
3. What payment methods do you use?

14. What happens if no one is at the delivery address?
Shipments are made 2 delivery attempts. If after the second attempt no one is there to receive your order, your purchase will be returned to us. In the event that your order is not received and returns to us, the second shipment will be charged.

17. If I receive a discount code, how do I use it?
