Exchange and Return Policies
Change Period : You have up to 30 days after purchasing on our website to make changes, presenting proof of payment or the corresponding receipt.
Product conditions for exchange without failure: For product exchanges without failure, these must be sealed and with their packaging in perfect condition.
Exchange for defective product: In case of a defective product, the customer must send the failed product. Our team will analyze the case and dispatch the new product through our transport company.
Exchange Process: To start the exchange process, send an email to contacto@conalmachile.cl indicating the reason and the product you wish to exchange. Our manager will tell you the procedure to return the product and will coordinate the shipping of the new one. In case of money difference, we will inform you about the necessary deposit.
Conditions for exchanges : We do not accept exchanges of open products unless they are defective.
Incorrect Product : If you did not receive the correct product, please contact us as soon as possible at
contacto@conalma chile.cl to coordinate the change.
No money refund is made.
